  • Reviews can be very misleading, most people only review when they are dissatisfied. I feel that a review without a opportunity for the reviewed to retort is worthless. You only hear part of the story. Many times bad reviews come from users/patient’s misunderstanding of a product or service. Have you noticed that many reviews on about almost anything are complaints about what was not done instead of what was.I’m looking forward to you interoperability discussion.Jeff Brandtwww.comsi.com

  • Great post. I agree. Not every doc needs to start a Twitter account or blog. But they should at least be familiar w/ the new world of social media since that’s where patients are congregating these days. And docs need to monitor what patients are saying about them online.
