I’m excited to share something I’ve been quietly working on for a long time.
I’ll be releasing a new book later this summer. It is written for people just diagnosed with knee arthritis, those who have had it for a while, or those considering a knee replacement. I will share it on my Substack with paid subscribers.
If you missed my first book, Longevity Simplified, you can find it here.
I’ve learned a lot from treating tens of thousands of patients over the last few decades. I’ve seen the fear of being told they have osteoarthritis ruin some people, and I’ve seen others curtail activities that would have benefited their knees and overall health.
I’ve seen people undergo surgery too soon, and many, too late. I think I have a good handle on the fears and drivers of decision-making in this context. I’ve had these conversations thousands of times… and it’s time to share them.
I think you’ll learn a lot about the natural history of arthritis, what you should do, the fact that the “what you shouldn’t do” list is really short, and the fact that you have control over many variables.
For those considering a possible knee replacement, I will cover the procedure extensively, including when to consider it, when not to consider it, how to make the decision, and how to improve your chances for success.
Rather than waiting until everything is published all at once, I’ll release the book one chapter at a time, week by week, exclusively for paid subscribers over on Substack.
This is for you or someone you know who is navigating knee arthritis, considering surgery, or wants to understand the journey ahead better.
